About the Role:
McBride Sport is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development and Licensing Manager to represent our prestigious global sports client and manage their key licensing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Licensing Partnership Management: Support the Licensing Manager in building and maintaining relationships with licensing partners within the Williams Racing portfolio.
- Strategic Development: Oversee the process for IP rights, design, development, production reviews, and approvals.
- Commercial Opportunities: Identify and convert commercial and brand opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
- Account Management: Manage designated accounts and maintain relationships with global stakeholders within partner companies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in partnership management and brand extensions, with knowledge of core licensing and marketing principles.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand partners' business drivers and strategies, and to prioritise workload effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in IT packages, particularly the MS Office suite.
- Networking: Engages in partnerships and networks to support long-term success and personal development.
