About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Guildford FWC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our colleagues to deliver high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
  • Lead and motivate our team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of our club.
  • Ensure the club meets all health and safety standards, reporting any issues or concerns to senior management.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working closely with colleagues to promote our services and products.

  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
