Wellbeing Personal Trainer Role

At Nuffield Health, we're seeking a motivated and caring Wellbeing Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer, you'll play a vital role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
  • Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals.
  • Confidently deliver a range of sessions and consultations.
  • Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to move onwards and upwards.
  • Explore opportunities to progress into a Wellbeing Lead and management roles.

As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer, you'll have full access to Nuffield Health's incredible range of services. You'll be confident, outgoing, and approachable, with a natural ability to communicate and listen. You'll have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and be confident about delivering a range of sessions and consultations.
