FM Conway is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support the Westminster Contract team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Westminster.

The successful candidate will assist with all financial aspects of the contract, ensuring prompt and accurate billing and record-keeping.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new users on Westforms and providing user support for Project Managers with monthly progress updates
  • Attending and participating in Westminster Monthly Progress meetings
  • Working with FM Conway's head office Credit Control team to achieve prompt payment of sales ledger invoices and update progress on aged debtors reports
  • Running the month-end reporting pack and uploading onto Huddle on the last working day of each month
  • Being the main point of contact for all project financial queries from the client, stakeholders, and third parties

We are looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator who has worked in a busy and varied finance environment. You will have good financial and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer focus. Previous experience in a credit control/accounts payable or accounts receivable role would be beneficial.

This role will involve travel to other FM Conway and customer locations, and therefore the job holder must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
