About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate a company vehicle, adhering to safety and security protocols
  • Work independently, managing your route and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to walk for long periods and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong sense of community and pride in delivering excellent customer service
