We are seeking a skilled and motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of mail and parcels to our customers.

About the Role

As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operating a variety of vehicles, including vans and bicycles
  • Maintaining a high level of safety and security while on the road

  • Overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
