About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our HR department as an HR Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience working in an educational setting, preferably within HR, and possess a strong understanding of ICT systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. A full driving license is also required due to the need to visit schools and other sites.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
