Drive Excellence in Software Testing

As the Automation and Non-Functional Testing Lead at AQA and AQA Affiliates, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving software testing practices, ensuring a pragmatic balance between quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and reports that ensure consistent and high-quality test artifacts.
  • Lead and inspire a team of testers, providing hands-on support, conducting performance reviews, and guiding the team through complex testing challenges.
