Salary:

£17,726 per annum (FTE £35,452)



The Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a Tenancy Support Coordinator in our Housing Services team in Barrow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tenancies and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.




  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex cases and work with vulnerable people in a housing context
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Work under pressure and driven to go the extra mile to achieve positive outcomes for customers
  • Maintain accuracy when handling customer data in line with GDPR
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to travel, with access to a vehicle for business use
