CDM Advisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated CDM Advisor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a CDM Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that all projects comply with CDM 2015 regulations and that health and safety considerations are integrated into the design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations to clients and project teams.
* Prepare and review pre-construction information and construction phase plans.
* Conduct design risk assessments and help identify hazard elimination strategies.
* Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Deliver CDM and health and safety training to clients and internal teams.
* Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure a seamless integration of health and safety into the project process.

Requirements

* Degree in a construction-related field.
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Membership with IOSH or APS is desirable.
* Proven experience in providing CDM advisory services and health and safety consultancy.
* Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety practices.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
