We are actively seeking a skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments for hazard identification.
  • Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture.
  • Deliver training programs to enhance EHS awareness.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
  • Stay updated on regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits to address non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS activities.
  • Assist in developing emergency response plans and conduct drills.
  • Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • UK based EHS professional with hands-on experience in CDM, RAMS, inspections, and investigations.
  • Strong construction background and minimum 4+ years of EHS experience preferably in Data Centre, Construction Industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal HSE regulations and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and people management abilities.
  • Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
