Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join our team in Cardiff, Wales. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, implementing robust health and safety measures, and fostering a safety-centric culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
  • Provide expert guidance on EHS matters and promote a safety culture.
  • Monitor EHS performance metrics and report to management.
  • Participate in EHS committees and engage with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • UK based EHS professional with hands-on experience in CDM, RAMS, inspections, and investigations.
  • Strong construction background and minimum 4+ years of EHS experience, preferably in Data Centre or Construction Industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of Local, State, and Federal HSE Regulations and a proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and people management abilities.
  • Certified Safety Professional, ISO, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
