Showroom Sales Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Showroom and Trade Counter team as a Sales and Service Associate. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales at our Trade Counter and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with returns and repairs, and provide technical information and product support
- Monitor inventory and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels
- Participate in merchandising and in-store promotions to drive sales growth
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in customer service and/or retail sales, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds. You will also need to be motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently, with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
