Lead Our CDM Consultancy Business Unit

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Partner to lead our Principal Designer & CDM Consultancy services business unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing, overseeing, and growing the business unit while remaining hands-on and client-facing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of Consultants, Associate, and Director grades in delivering high-quality services.
  • Oversee the financial health of the consultancy, including budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, secure new contracts, and expand the client base.
  • Represent the consultancy at industry events, conferences, and meetings to increase visibility.
  • Establish strong connections with stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high level of expertise within the consultancy.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a design or construction management related field.
  • Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications and experienced with BIM.
  • Proven experience in delivering Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor services at Director or business unit lead level.
