Store Security Supervisor

You will work in a retail store with high-value stock, providing confidence and reassurance to customers and staff. We seek a candidate who can monitor theft, provide exceptional customer service, ensure safety and security for all, and support colleagues.
After 12 weeks, you will transfer to our client with benefits including SIA License renewal, cycle-to-work scheme, vouchers, life cover, private medical cover, childcare vouchers, and private pensions.
- Patrol the store premises to prevent and detect crime.
- Investigate disturbances and monitor entry and exit points to maintain a secure environment.
- Call for help in emergency situations and operate theft-detecting devices to protect assets.
- Deal with large crowds and build positive customer relations to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience in security, ideally in retail.
- SIA License.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as SIA License renewal, cycle-to-work scheme, vouchers, life cover, private medical cover, childcare vouchers, and private pensions.
