About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and confident Legal Practitioner to join our team of prosecution lawyers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of the Attorney General's role in the Criminal Justice system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conduct of criminal prosecutions through the Courts of Summary jurisdiction and the Court of General Gaol Delivery on the Isle of Man.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of lawyers to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Attorney General and other government agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, and provide expert advice to the team as needed.
