Operations Director

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Swegon Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our manufacturing site at Vantage Point and drive business growth through manufacturing excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting business strategy and defining a plan to implement. You will also lead the operational teams responsible for planning and scheduling, production management, and quality control. Additionally, you will monitor and control safety, quality, capacity, and cost through the production process from raw material to finished goods.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or a similar industry. A Degree in Business Management, Business Studies, Mechanical or Production Engineering based or similar is required. Formal lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training and Health & Safety qualification would be desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
