About the Role

The Clinical Support Worker - Bank is an exciting opportunity to join our team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of a registered professional.
  • Support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
  • Contribute to the reporting, handover, and documentation of patient care under the direct supervision of a registered professional.
  • Communicate effectively within the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that patient care is well-planned and coordinated.

Requirements

  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and caring nature.
  • Empathetic.
  • Reliable.
  • Passes pre-employment checks.
  • Able to work flexibly over a 24-hour period.
  • Able to carry out moderate to intense physical effort throughout the working day and carry out concurrent activities.
