Key Responsibilities:- Manage tasks independently, prioritizing customer-centric approaches to enhance satisfaction.
- Create job cards and compile detailed invoices, guaranteeing transparency and accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate with the workshop controller, parts department, and service manager to coordinate top-quality service experiences.
- Record vehicle information, service history, and manage service requests through the 1 Link platforms, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data.
- Liaise with leasing companies and retail customers to obtain approval on work, demonstrating negotiation and communication skills.
- Employ a proactive approach to identify up-selling opportunities and contribute to service standard enhancements.
- Proven IT competency, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery, anticipating customer needs.
- Strong customer service orientation, with previous experience in a service-focused role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing ability to work independently and deliver first-class customer service.
- A self-motivated, positive attitude and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK Driving License.
