Job Description
We are seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in Chester. The successful candidate will work closely with a young male with learning disabilities to promote his independence and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to person-centered care and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Service User. They will also have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting the Service User to get back into the community
- Supporting with day-to-day activities

Requirements
- Full enhanced DBS
- Up-to-date CV
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Service User
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
