We are reducing our full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week, effective April 2024, without a change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff. This job advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment reflect the new working hours. However, some service areas may require temporary adjustments, and you may be asked to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a short period, for which you will be paid.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a dedicated Therapy team, allocated a delegated patient caseload by a qualified AHP, and implement and modify existing treatment plans within the scope of practice.
- Deliver care with supervision available and support qualified AHP staff by taking an active clinical role within the specialist clinical area, guided by evidence-based protocols produced by the registered practitioner.
- Contribute to efficient service delivery by supervising/supporting lower-grade staff.
This role requires a PVG Scheme membership/record. If you are not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group, you will need to apply to Disclosure Scotland and have your application deemed satisfactory before starting in the post.
