We are reducing our full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff. This change reflects our commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.

As a member of our Therapy team, you will be allocated a delegated patient caseload by a qualified AHP and implement and modify existing treatment plans within the scope of practice. You will deliver care with supervision available and support qualified AHP staff in taking an active clinical role within the specialist clinical area, guided by evidence-based protocols.

To ensure efficient service delivery, you will be involved in the supervision and support of lower-grade staff. This role requires a PVG Scheme membership/record, and you will need to have a satisfactory Disclosure Scotland check before beginning in post.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and modify existing treatment plans within the scope of practice.
  2. Deliver care with supervision available.
  3. Support qualified AHP staff in taking an active clinical role within the specialist clinical area.
  4. Involve in the supervision and support of lower-grade staff.
