Job Title: Agile User Experience Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile User Experience Designer to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly digital products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital products that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and create user-centered design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
