Seasonal Sales and Operations Role

Pandora is seeking a skilled Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team at Brent Cross. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and meet targets
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of click-and-collect orders for customers
  • Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

  • Availability to work key trading days, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
