Job Summary

Hiscox is seeking an experienced Product Owner – Technology and Innovation to join their Enterprise Architecture and Engineering team. This role requires a strong background in project management and collaboration tools, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring EA alignment with Group project and portfolio management, supporting EA governance processes, and leading mind mapping and ideation sessions to explore new concepts and innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination of EA activities.
  • Support key EA initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across Hiscox.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
