RFP Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RFP Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters. As an RFP Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and coordinating Request for Proposals (RFPs) and responding to Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate RFPs in accordance with our approach on sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability team, subject matter experts, sales and relationship teams to source information and create bespoke responses.
  • Work with investment teams and other internal stakeholders to gain insights into clients/prospects needs to tailor responses accordingly.
  • Maintain and update RFP database to ensure consistency.
Requirements:
  • RFP/DDQ experience in finance, preferably in asset management. Sustainability RFP/DDQ experience a plus.
  • Hold an Undergraduate degree, in a qualitative-related subject, such as English Literature, History, Politics, Psychology etc.
  • Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrable ability to edit and tailor text to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability.
  • A client focused outlook is essential.
  • Collaborative, team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude towards problem solving.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to cope with, and work on multiple tasks with different deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with complexity given the ever-evolving sustainability market
  • Familiarity with sustainability-related regulations and broader financial trends in the market
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
