The Role

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at The Abbey, a fantastic pub situated on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your colleagues to deliver exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve high standards of food knowledge and skill.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill.
  • Ensure up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of the brigade and help propel the team forward.
