The Role

We're looking for a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at the Abbey pub in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your colleagues to deliver exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve high standards of food knowledge and skill.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of the kitchen team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive success.
