Senior Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Manager to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage laboratory operations, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with our team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to laboratory staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in laboratory management, with a strong background in quality control and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programmes and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £36,000-£38,000 per annum, plus benefits.
- A contributory pension scheme and 25 days annual leave plus 10 public holidays.
