About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk Operations Director. You will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Front Office Operations: You will oversee and manage all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
  • Leading the Front Office Team: You will lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve our business objectives.
  • Improving Guest Satisfaction: You will develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience at our hotel.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
