Exciting Opportunity for an Agile Business Analyst

La Fosse is delighted to announce that we've been engaged by a prominent UK retail brand to support their search for a vital Agile Business Analyst.

The client is a well-known household name that delivers affordable solutions to their customers across the UK.

The Role:

The client has embarked on a journey to create a new data target architecture and requires a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Data Migrations/Transformations and a proven track record of success in similar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to identify core steps and requirements during the discovery phase.
  • Work with the team to translate key business requirements into build artefacts and user stories.
  • Partner with the Data Analysis team to execute the initial phases of the Data Transformation Programme.
  • Deliver user stories to create a working Proof of Concept.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working for a large commercial business, with a proven track record of Data Landscape/Architecture migrations or transformations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks/blockers.
  • Good understanding of Data and Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Great Stakeholder Management and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Experience working within agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Azure & PowerBi would be a plus.

Contract Details:

Day Rate: £400 - £475 per day Inside IR35

Contract Length: 3 Months With likely extension

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Oxfordshire 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home

Please note that UK Applicants only, 3 days a week in the office is a minimum expectation.
