Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on equal opportunity and pay structures, ranging from £35,000 to £42,000 per annum. Additionally, our generous benefits package includes 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, pension scheme, ongoing training, and enhanced family leave.

Job Description

In this role, you will have great responsibility while the Store Manager is absent, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues. You will set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers, independently manage the store, lead and inspire the team, diligently check and work deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  1. You should have experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills are essential to help your colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way.
  3. A knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving is required.
  4. The confidence to support your team through every shift is vital.
  5. A pride in providing unmatched customer service for everyone who shops with us is expected.
  6. The ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs is necessary.
