Role Overview:
The Sector Insights Development Manager will identify and deliver global requirements for new to world (NTW) PSSO offers, assisting in the proactive management of all product areas and accelerating traction and sales for NTW products, often capital investments which represent a capability extension for the organisation. This is a critical role within the Sector Insights team which will play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable long term growth and maximised profit.
Your Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Conduct situational analysis to understand strategic trends, market drivers, and competitive forces.
- Drive the development and introduction of sector-specific new products, solutions, and service offerings in collaboration with wider colleagues to deliver Product Vitality for sector-specific new products, solutions, and services.
- Work with Operating Companies to support sales growth by creating a comprehensive understanding of process applications, key decision makers, and customer drivers within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Provide training, sales tools, and marketing collateral to enable Spirax to increase its global knowledge and sales opportunities locally, regionally, and globally.
- Support SBD colleagues to refine the front-end discovery processes into an evolving and robust customer-centric approach to innovation.
