Job Title: Insight Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insight Manager to lead the delivery of organisational insight at Friends of the Earth. As a key member of our Income Generation Directorate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic approach to insight and analysis, informing our campaigning, income generation, and marketing activity.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a team of analysts. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in our work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to organisational insight, informing our campaigning, income generation, and marketing activity.
  • Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in our work.
  • Manage and maintain our data warehouse and reporting platform, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A track record of success in using data to inform strategic and tactical improvements in engagement activity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of working with large datasets and data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence strategic direction.
  • Experience of managing a team of analysts, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
