We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a globally recognized manufacturer in the Automotive Aftermarket industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing our distributor network across the UK.
You will need to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Aftermarket industry, including Motor Factors, ITG Buying Groups, and Aftermarket Retail & Accessory outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining relationships with distributors and key stakeholders in the Aftermarket industry
- Growing our UK Distributor Network through strategic sales and business development initiatives
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales, preferably in the Automotive Aftermarket industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket industry, including parts distribution and supply chains
- A flexible approach to working, with the ability to travel extensively throughout the region
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A good salary (circa £45k) + bonus + car + pension + training & PPD
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, keen to work with a global player in the Automotive Aftermarket industry, and has a strong work ethic. If you have experience in sales, particularly in the Automotive Aftermarket industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
