Lecturer - A Level Psychology

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Lecturer to join our team at EKC Group's Sixth Form College based at Canterbury College. As a Lecturer of A level Psychology, you will be responsible for teaching, training, and assessing students in a variety of learning environments, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and evaluate programs to ensure student success
- Provide support to learners to enable them to achieve their maximum potential
- Lead on designated study programs and/or courses
- Assess and track student progress to further plan intervention

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, creative, and able to plan and teach engaging and innovative lessons. You will have demonstrated interpersonal skills and be able to motivate learners to achieve and succeed on their programs of study.
The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching or delivering training in the workplace, although this is not essential as training will be offered to the successful applicant. You must have a positive outlook, be empathetic towards learners, and have strong class management skills.
