We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stock and Inventory Manager to join our team at Wincanton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our warehousing and distribution services for the Hinkley Point C build programme.

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a proven track record of improving stock control metrics and processes. You will be responsible for leading a team of stock and system administrators, motivating and managing them to achieve and exceed performance objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing customer improvement plans to enhance Wincanton's stock management principles
  • Leading the diagnosis and support of issues with the warehouse management system
  • Producing management reports for the customer and site management team, including analysis and collation of data to monitor site KPIs
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory body standards and customer standards through audit governance
