Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Coach to join our team at Lifetime Training Ltd. As an industry professional, you will be working with learners in their place of work, delivering the apprenticeship standard and providing guidance and motivation to help them achieve career-building qualifications.

The successful candidate will have recent professional experience gained at Supervisor or Management level in a hospitality setting, both front and back of house. They will also possess extensive relevant vocational experience, strong communication and self-motivation skills, and GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above).

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role offers a competitive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, a holiday purchase scheme, and enhanced pension schemes. Our Group Benefits also include unlimited access to six Smart Health services and a Health Cash Plan.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the apprenticeship standard to learners
  • Providing support, guidance, and motivation to learners
  • Helping learners achieve transferable skills in Maths and English
  • Managing own admin tasks
