Care and Rehabilitation Specialist

Bon Accord Care is a fully funded arm's length external organisation of Aberdeen City Council, providing integrated health and social care services across the city. We are seeking a skilled Care and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team, working with individuals to promote independence and healthy living.
This role offers a stimulating and rewarding career opportunity, with a focus on supporting people to maintain their health, wellbeing, safety, and independence. As a Care and Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs and developing personalized plans to address these.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per year, considering the title, job description, and location. Additional benefits include flexible working arrangements, IT equipment, and relocation assistance subject to eligibility criteria.
Key qualifications and skills required include:
- Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy
- PDA in supervision or willingness to work towards as role required
- Registration with HCPC
- PVG registration
