Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000-$72,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As an employee, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide clinical services to children and families, including individual and group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and case management.
  2. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with external agencies to ensure seamless care.
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in social services or related field with certification or licensure in area of specialization.
  • Three to six months of related internship or practicum experience.
  • Basic knowledge of child development, psychotherapy, and human behavior.
