Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Arts and Crafts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children and a strong passion for the arts. You will play a key role in planning and delivering arts and crafts sessions for our after-school clubs, community clubs, and holiday camps.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate arts and crafts activities for after-school clubs, community programs, and holiday camps.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with parents, children, and school staff.
- Develop and maintain accurate planning and ensure all administrative work is completed.
- Train and support other staff in delivering arts and crafts sessions, providing necessary tools and guidance.
- Organize, purchase, and maintain arts and crafts materials and resources.
- Ensure all activities are safe, engaging, and promote creativity in children.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and ideas in arts and crafts to enhance the quality of the activities provided.
- Must hold a recognized qualification for working with children (e.g., childcare, teaching, youth work).
- Access to own transport and ability to travel, as this role is based at our Lisburn HQ.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Experience working with children aged 4-11 in arts and crafts coordination or a similar creative role.
