Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct care and support to individuals, modelling best practice and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Coordinating daily provision of support and activities, ensuring a responsive and efficient service.
  • Managing finances and resources, meeting legal requirements and standards of care.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £16.26 per hour, plus sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (service dependent). You will also have access to ongoing training and career development, including professional qualifications, contributory pension, and cost of DBS check covered by us.
