The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and day-to-day supervision to a team of support workers, empowering individuals to live the lives they want to lead.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct care and support to individuals, modelling best practice and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Coordinating daily provision of support and activities, ensuring a responsive and efficient service.
- Managing finances and resources, meeting legal requirements and standards of care.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £16.26 per hour, plus sleep-ins paid at £60 extra (service dependent). You will also have access to ongoing training and career development, including professional qualifications, contributory pension, and cost of DBS check covered by us.
Other benefits include rotas planned in advance around 4-6 weeks, access to Wagestream, shopping discounts, and a thank-you payment for successfully recommending a friend to join us.
