Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall production operation and strategy for the plant
* Plan and evaluate future capital needs and requisitions
* Ensure employees are well-motivated and rewarded through effective training and competitive evaluation of wages/salaries
* Ensure proper financial management through robust quality accounting controls and procedures
* Drive a quality-first, zero-defects mentality and culture within Operations
* Establish requirements and implement necessary changes to improve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance

Requirements:

* BSc (Hons) or higher in a relevant subject (e.g. Engineering, Material Science, etc.)
* Proven experience leading a large, complex manufacturing environment
* Experience within a Unionised environment
* Financial commercial acumen
