Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Expleo Engineering UK Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements into clear and concise user, business, and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test solutions for functional verification and/or requirements validation
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to clarify work packages, manage trade studies, and resolve engineering issues
  • Play a key role in developing our systems engineering capability and helping us pivot our focus from products to product platforms to maximise reuse of engineering effort
  • Provide targeted engineering services and consultancy to our customer base to enhance their use of systems engineering or resolve specific technical challenges
Requirements:
  • ONC/HNC/Engineering degree qualified
  • Essential skills: Understanding of Requirements Management in DOORS, formal delivery exposure, experience of using JIRA as a task management tool
  • Desirable skills: Incorporated or Chartered Engineer, experience in Defence/Aerospace/Marine or safety regulated environments, expertise in requirements engineering, experience of applying system engineering toolsets and paradigms
