Production Support Associate

CV-Library is currently seeking a Production Support Associate to join our team in Rochester, Kent. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of our factory.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a food manufacturing environment and possess good communication skills. They will also have practical skills and the ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative.
Key Responsibilities:The job holder will be responsible for maintaining high visual and microbiological hygiene standards across the site. This includes identifying and reporting challenges to the Hygiene Team Leader, handling chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH training, and following established procedures.
The role involves performing deep cleaning, machine washdowns, and external area maintenance. Accurate completion of documentation and records is also essential. Additionally, the job holder will be required to carry out manual handling tasks (up to 25kg) and clean non-operational areas, including toilets, canteens, and warehouses.
What We Offer:This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (45 hours per week). The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 per annum, depending on experience.
