As a member of our team, you will play an active role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care across various locations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and innovative environment. The estimated salary for this position is £28-£32 per hour, depending on the location and shift time. Our temporary staffing service offers flexible scheduling, access to training and development opportunities, and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and planning patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Deputising in the team manager's absence and delegating tasks to healthcare assistants.
  • Ensuring effective risk management through incident reporting, risk assessment, and control.
Essential Requirements
  • RGN qualification and registration with the NMC.
  • Recent clinical experience in a community or hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
