Regional Nurse Manager - Complex Care

Superior Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Complex Care team as a Regional Nurse Manager. As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and upholding our high-quality care standards for clients living with complex needs in Essex.

The Role:
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrate consistent management and leadership aligned with Superior Healthcare's values: Passion for Quality, One Family, and Inspiring Leadership.
  • Quality and Governance: Maintain high standards of quality and governance in your area.
  • Commissioning and Partnerships: Work with commissioners to identify suitable new care packages for our teams.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors, support recruitment, and help with inductions.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to Nurse Managers, Field Care Supervisors, and Bookings Coordinators, focusing on their development.
  • Safeguarding and Investigations: Work closely with the Safeguarding Lead to offer advice, support, and liaise with Local Authorities and other agencies. Lead investigations into incidents, safeguarding concerns, and referrals, ensuring timely and structured resolutions with the Strategic Safeguarding Lead.
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure the clinical on-call rota is covered with the right resources. Act as a backup for Nurse Managers on call.
  • Client Care: Ensure continuous care for clients as commissioned, and step in to provide care yourself if needed.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Background in complex care with experience assessing and coaching others.
  • Experience supporting people living with complex health needs, including ventilation, PEG/PEJ feeding, tracheostomy, PICC lines, and catheterization.
  • Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
