**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Service Expert to join our team at the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. As a Restaurant Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
* Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations as needed
* Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
* Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
* Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
* Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies

**Requirements**

* Positive outlook and outgoing personality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, reliable, and able to support shifts including weekends and bank holidays
