Job Summary

The Portsmouth Marriott is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to lead and supervise shifts in Cast Iron Restaurant and Brew Bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise shifts to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory and ordering to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Support the training and development of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with other hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a hotel environment, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
