Senior Electronics Product Development Manager

X4 Technology, a Cambridgeshire-based company, is seeking a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join their team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative safety detection products.
We require a competent engineer with 5+ years of experience in full product lifecycle electronics design, including analogue and digital circuit design, PCB design, and mentoring juniors. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. We also offer a generous bonus and pension scheme, as well as a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days onsite in North Cambridge.
